My grandmother and mother prayed nightly, before meals, and in the event of any unpleasant situations, which created the habit of praying for me. Praying is a form releasing for me. Releasing and relinquishing every part of my life to God who I pray to. Praying to God allows me to remove worry and doubt from my life under most conditions. In the times I chose not to pray, it permits the various mishaps to weigh me down, preventing me from living with the intentions of being loving to everyone I come in contact with. The times I chose not to pray are not done purposely, and usually occur when I focus on my surroundings and forget that I am to pray at all times.
